Stirling North Golf Club, Club Rooms is available to hire for functions. the kitchen is hired seperately to the club rooms. when booking the clubroom you will have access to the Club rooms and toilets. You will have access to the Putt Putt area however unless booked as well you will not have excusive use to the Putt Putt and the gold coin donation will be expected from those playing. The bar if Required for your function will be an extra $25 per hour and subject to staff availability.

A Bond of $150 is payable prior to the event, this Bond is returned after the event if there are no breakages and the golf club is left clean and tidy. 

Bookings on days when Golf is played will be required to understand that our golfers will at approximately 2pm (start of Golf) and 5pm (end of Golf) come in to use the facilities and may pop in to the clubhouse during the day. We provde information to our golfers about upcoming events so that we can minimise the impact to events but also we ask for understanding that this is still first and foremost a Golf Club. 

If you require the use of the BBQ the club charge $15 to cover the gas and oil etc.

Any Damages or excessive cleaning that is required will be invoiced to the person responsible for the booking.
