Stirling North Golf Club, hire out our facilities for Birthday Parties and other Events. Parties and Events can only take place outside of our Golfing Competition hours. Parties and events that are held here do not get exclusive use of our golf as the golf club is  here for our members. As part of our Facilities hire, you will get access to our bar (staffed by our volunteer bar staff) and sitting area along  with our kitchen and outdoor areas.

A Bond of $200 is payable prior to the event, this Bond is returned after the event if there are no breakages and the golf club is left clean and tidy. 

Bookings on days when Golf is played will be required to understand that our golfers will at approximately 2pm (start of Golf) and 5pm (end of Golf) come in to use the facilities and may pop in to the clubhouse during the day. We provde information to our golfers about upcoming events so that we can minimise the impact to events but also we ask for understanding that this is still first and foremost a Golf Club. 

If you require the use of the BBQ the club charge $15 to cover the gas and oil etc.

Any Damages or excessive cleaning that is required will be invoiced to the person responsible for the booking.
