A Bond of $300 is payable prior to the event (depending on the type of event the Bond amount may be increased), this Bond is returned after the event if there are no damages, and the golf club is left clean and tidy.

Specific Event Use for events that dont sit under the other booking headings, this may be birthday parties or other types of events. Organised with SNGC Events Coordinator. 
Full use of SNGC facilities.

Bookings on days when Golf is played will be required to understand that our golfers will at approximately 2pm (start of Golf) and 5pm (end of Golf) come in to use the facilities and may pop in to the clubhouse during the day. We provde information to our golfers about upcoming events so that we can minimise the impact to events but also we ask for understanding that this is still first and foremost a Golf Club. 

If you require the use of the BBQ the club charge $15 to cover the gas and oil etc. 

A forefeture of the bond may be incurred if Golf Club Volunteers are required to clean up any spills or Body fluids/substances throughout the duration or after of your event. Any Damages or excessive cleaning that is required will be taken from the Bond or invoiced to the person responsible for the booking. 

Any cleanup up of any body fluid, vomit or excrement will result in a $150 hygeine cleaning fee, being taken from the bond.
