Information, Disclaimer, and Agreement:

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations that may be set and adopted by the Stirling North Golf Club (SNGC).

I acknowledge and accept that:

• I agree to pay, in full, the listed membership fee on signing of this form. If my membership ends for any reasons, I will not be entitled to a refund (in whole or in part).
• Personal information will only be used by SNGC and not passed to any other party, other than GolfLink, unless SNGC is legally obliged to do so. Should I wish to access my information, I may do so by request to SNGC Committee.
• A Full Playing Membership: Entitles a me to the use of the SNGC, including members bar prices, and any other discounts as may be decided by the committee from time to time. It entitles me to play in all SNGC competitions and use of the Course. It extends a Social Family Membership to my immediate family (spouse and children). If my family member wishes to play golf, they required to register individually as Full Playing Membership. This membership provides me with voting rights on the SNGC committee.
• A Social Club Membership: Entitles a me to the use of the SNGC, including members bar prices, and any other discounts as may be decided by the committee from time to time. It does not include use of the course. It does not provide me with a voting capacity within the SNGC committee. My suggestions and ideas are welcome and can be shared by speaking directly with a Full Playing Member. Should I wish to be involved in the SNGC committee, a Full Playing Membership is required. By signing below, you agree to support the purpose of the Stirling North Golf Club and comply with the rules set by the club.
• Membership is for a 12-month period from January to December of that year. A membership form will only need to be completed once, unless details require updating.
